Our club values and behaviour expectations
The Mooloolaba Reds Netball Club is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all participants, players, coaches, officials, volunteers, parents and spectators.
We take great pride in our on and off court behaviour, and we expect everyone involved with the club to uphold these standards at all times.
EXPECTATIONS
Sideline and court behaviour
To ensure a positive experience for all, the following expectations apply throughout the season:
Positive encouragement only
No negative comments toward umpires, players, coaches or opposition teams
Respectful communication at all times
Only players and umpires are permitted inside the court enclosure
Only Coaches, Managers and team players are permitted within the coaches’ box
Only team captains may approach umpires (coaches may guide the conversation, but captains must initiate)
Any concerns or issues should be raised calmly and respectfully, and directed through the appropriate club channels rather than addressed courtside.
